My brother Mark “Mr. Zero” was ahead of his time. He worn sun shirts at the beach on our Southern California vacation when we went to see our grandparents. But it wasn’t to avoid a sun burn it was to hide the marks on his back courtesy of our mother. I believe he was around 12. We’ll post a few pictures of 12 year old Mark just to get an idea of what a harden criminal he was back then. I don’t remember why he was beat.
The Mountain House, CA GM compensation is $246K not including city retirement matching or double dipping from Stockton. His total government compensation is likely in the $300K to $400K range.
He manages a staff of 13. Since little development is occurring in the community the majority of his activity is in — well I can’t really think of what he actually does. He did hold a meeting a month ago where the Police and Fire teams talked. He works the contract with those services every few years. He is responsible for the super high rental contracts for the services district office which are nearly 3x market rates. He outsources the landscaping and road maintenance. He is not responsible for road building or commercial development. His team seems to take a keen interest in who is elected to the Board of Directors.
